Delivery

At Retrooma, we aim to make delivery as smooth and reliable as possible. Every item is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition you expect.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery costs and timeframes vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

• Smaller items (e.g. lamps, side tables) are typically shipped via tracked courier services.

• Larger furniture pieces (e.g. sofas, wardrobes) are delivered by specialist furniture couriers with two-person service when needed.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Smaller items: 3–5 working days

• Larger items: 7–14 working days, depending on courier availability and location

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details if available.

Click & Collect / Showroom Pickup

Click & Collect will be available once our physical showroom opens. Sign up for updates to be notified when this option is launched.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international shipping as standard. However, if you're based outside the UK and are interested in purchasing an item, please contact us at hello@retrooma.co.uk to discuss possible options.

Additional Notes

• Delivery is to ground floor level only, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• Please ensure access is clear and that the item will fit through doorways and staircases.

• Missed deliveries may incur additional charges for redelivery.
