Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

  • Returns must be approved by email before sending anything back. Please contact us at hello@retrooma.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or items sold as-is with visible flaws that were clearly described or photographed in the listing are not eligible for return.

  • Sale items may be excluded from returns unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair where appropriate. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage.
