2. Where do you source your furniture?
We carefully curate our collection from across the UK and Europe, focusing on quality, character, and timeless design. Each piece is chosen for its craftsmanship and unique story.
3. Are all items vintage or second-hand?
Most of our pieces are vintage, retro, or pre-loved. Occasionally, we offer select contemporary items that complement our aesthetic or are made from reclaimed materials.
4. Do you restore the furniture before selling?
Yes. Every piece is cleaned, inspected, and thoughtfully restored where needed, while preserving its original charm and character.
5. Can I view a piece in person before buying?
Not at the moment, as we operate exclusively online. We provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos for every item. If you need more information or additional images, feel free to email us at hello@retrooma.co.uk.
6. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver across the UK. Delivery costs and times depend on the size of the item and your location. Full details are available at checkout. For international orders, please contact us directly.
7. Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items, provided they are returned in their original condition. Please see our Returns for full details.
8. Do you accept custom orders or commissions?
At this time, we do not offer custom furniture. However, we’re happy to help you find a specific style or item. Get in touch with us if you're looking for something in particular.
9. How often do you add new stock?
